N.E.R.C.H. Hurricane Relief Concert Raises
$187.00
It may not sound like much money but consider
that the typical coffeehouse attendance is about 25-30 people,
it's not a bad haul for one of those small red donation pots for
a 2 1/2 hour period. The Salvation Army is often the first to
arrive at disasters like these- even before the FEMA and the Red
Cross in many cases. We urge you to make a donation the Salvation
Army and/or your churches relief efforts and reputable organizations.
As the news media tires of the coverage of both of these disasters,
the pain, misery and suffering will continue long into the future
for its victims and much will be needed to help them recover.
